My day started out with a transmitter DEAD - switch left on
after test flying the day before. Marc Winz came to the rescue
and fast charged it.
I could not get any response from the
receiver - borrowed a couple bind plugs before Marc came up with a
UNIVERSIAL one that worked.
Then my prop came loose - twice -
while trying to start the engine. Doug and Roger loanded me the
correct alen wrenches to remove the spinner.
After getting it running, the KILL would
not KILL. I changed the throw on the throttle in the transmitter,
and no LUCK... foud I was on the wrong modle - That explained the
NOT BOUND problem.
Then after the second race my Hot Shot died. - left it on the
glow plug while tightening the loose prop. Marc Winz came to the rescue
and fast charged it. (and in doing so destroyed his octopus connector)
