That muffler is not what I was expecting it would look like. But I'm sure it will work great as dle has a great reputation. Congrates man!

I also received my wing bolts, well they are more like wing nuts but one can use them either way I suppose I use JB Weld and place the stud in the blind nut thats in the wing and I know it will never back out.

The nut has a rubber washer on it that compresses like a spring that keeps nut from backing off, no more plastic bolts that strip out all the time. You can bond the nut to the stud and use them like most other wing bolt I just prefer to have the stud in blind nut all the time and know its never coming out.

Well it didn't go as planned but it's on , so monday night I decided to go ahead and pre drill the laser marked holes on the firewall which lastnight came back to haunt me

It appears the laser marked holes wer for the DLE30 not the DLE35RA duh went to go bolt up the motor and the bottom holes wer both off by a whole, hole. The 35RA's mounting lobes are wider on the bottom.

So I had to find a dowel which I didnt have and fill in the holes, and re drill. All that and im trying to do this in a confined area of the motor box that has enuf room to barely get my finger in yet alone a bolt and washer. I had to grind my washer down on the sides to make it fit but hey got it done.

Oh yeah I made my own dowl out of a chop stick from panda edpress that was square, I put it my homemade lathe ( aka the drill) and made it round with some sand paper worked out great

That muffler is going bye bye hopefully soon uhhg , now I cant find my stuff to make throttle linkage .
