Eugene RC Monster Fest / 3DBASH 2014!

This years event is really shaping up nicely! Brad has done a great job and we have met a few times to get the planning and work done! Mike informed us that our neighbor to the south is going to let us use his field again for the weekend so thanks goes out to him!

Guys,
I wanted to make a brief mention here about a couple things.

First off, Tony Tan of Pilot RC (yes the Pilot aircraft company) has recently chosen me to be the Service Representative for this area. With this, I have discussed our event with him, and he has donated 6 coupons for the event for prize's. These coupons are for a large discount on a package deal on 6 (six) new Pilot brand Digital High Torque Servo's and 3 (three) prop covers in small, medium and large.

This is for all Eugene RC club members that would like to help out at the Monster Fest. Please post a reply or email me at brad@werneth.com. I will be contacting all members that helped out last year that I have emails for. I also wanted to give everyone in the club or anyone from the area that wants to help my contact info. If your want to help and have a specific job that you want to do then please let me know.

I would like to have one or two get togethers before the event to go over details and also on Sunday August 3rd I will be having a meeting at the field with all that are working the event to do a complete walk thru. We will go over each task and how we want the event to run. Please let me know so I can get my list going.
