Okay folks,

We are slowly trying to get all our club member's attention to come and register. Obviously this is no requirement of the club, but participation on these forums in the future could be very important, as mentioned in the last email sent out by Jim Corbet.

Since not everyone uses their real name when registering, I would ask that if you belong to the ERCA club, once you are registered to please contact me with who you are so I can add you to the club member group here on the forum. This way we can hold voting topics here, and be certain that only club members are able to cast a vote.

This will take some time, since I will be manually verifying you are who you registered as, and adding you to the club group once verified. I feel that is the only sure way we can get an accurate club group member list.

You may contact me with this information either by sending me an email, calling me, or by sending me a PM (private message) here on the forum. The PM method is really the best way in my opinion.

One way to send a PM to another member, simpley click on their name and you will be taken to their profile page. You should see somewhere center left, a link that says "send a private message". Or you can click on your own Private Message link, where you will be taken to your PM inbox (similar to an email inbox) and select "new private message".

If you have any trouble with this, just contact me any way you can and I will help guide you through the process.

Well, for some reason there has yet to be anyone to send me a message of any kind to announce who they are according to their registrated member name. I can not create a member group for our club members unless I can absolutly determin a registered user is a club member. :confusion-shrug:

In order to utilize this forum for club use, voting purposes and other things, I must be able to create a true list of club members user names. So please let me know once you register, who you are! You may just respond here if you wish, or if you prefer to be more private about it you can send me a private message to let me know who you are.

If you are a club member and registered here, and your name show's up green... you need to contact me with who you are.
The correct color for your name should be blue, as mine and the rest of the club group shows as. That is the ERCA club member group color. Green is for anyone registered that is not a club member.

Like I said, I can figure out some of you guys fairly easy, but there will be (or are) a few that create a user name that I just can not associate with their real name, which is perfectly fine. The benefits of being added to the club member group is being able to post content within the ERCA club topics forum. Some of the forums will not even be visible until you are in the club group, and most of them you will not be able to post anything at all until you are a member of the group.
