Ok so Jim and I are currently working on developing a new website with direction from your board and a few other folks. Please take a look and give some feedback. PLEASE NOTE THAT 80% OF THE SITE DOES NOT HAVE CONTENT YET. We are just playing around with initial design! Feedback is most welcome!

Yeah, the new site is really starting to fall into place really nice!

I see it's up and running it really looks great , New Website, New Forums page, New Tables holy cow I feel like we hit the lotto now if we can just get some good weather for flying we'll be in great shape.

Just an observation:
Why is the new website so narrow and not full screen like the old one.

It's a fixed width screen and does not flex (change) based on the display resolution selected. We can make it wider if it's ok with everyone. Currently it's set to 900px wide.

By keeping a fixed width, does that help keep the resolution high and not look stretched?

That is correct. If we were to use a flex width then it does stretch images etc... and visual experience would be different for everyone.

I think it looks fantastic, it's not narrow , wide, stretchy, blurry or anything but then again im looking at it on a 7 inch tablet screen
